It should be labeled Chapter 2 above it. Click on that digital session. You should then be able to join the live session by clicking on the green join live button.

Today we will begin Chapter 2 which is all about describing data distributions. This chapter includes graphical displays of data as well as different ways to summarize data.
Task 1: 2.1 Guided Notes
In these guided notes, we will review how to create a bar chart and a pie chart for data. We will also how to create a dot plot. Watch these videos to help you out - Part One and Part Two
Task 2: Reading Pie Charts and Bar Graphs WS
Complete the Reading Pie Charts and Bar Graphs Worksheet. You will put all of your answers in this Microsoft Form.
Task 3: Desmos Activity 2 - What's in a Name
Go to student.desmos.com and type in 4556ZC. Then press continue without signing in and enter your name (preferred name and last name). Navigate through the entire activity before beginning the next one.
Task 4: Dot Plot Worksheet
Either on a printer copy of the Dot Plot Worksheet, or on notebook paper, answer all questions. When you have finished, send pictures of ALL work/answers via Remind. (Tip: send one picture at a time rather than all at once)

Complete the Technology Resources Survey. In this survey you will be telling me about what technology that you regularly have access to for digital learning.
Assignment 3: Statistics Vocabulary
During our live session, we will go over some vocabulary that we will use throughout the semester. Do your best to take notes during this time, especially for words that you are not familiar with. The vocabulary words and definitions can be found in this PowerPoint. If you would like, you may print it off before class and take notes, or you can access it after class as needed.
